I had the worst experience here! A month ago I had highlights put in my hair and a haircut. Heidi, the one who did the highlights, started at the back of my head instead of the front, which I thought was strange. I only wanted 14 highlights but, since she used them all up in the back, had to put extra foils on th top and sides which she said she wouldn't charge me for. She took a long time and finally I asked her to check the foils in the back. She did and about 4 of them were over-processed. As she rinsed my hair, she kept saying "Oh no". Then she informed me that the foils had all slipped, (I assumed because she hadn't put them in tightly enough). She said she " wanted to cry and felt so bad". She told me she wouldn't charge me but I said I would go ahead and pay because I didn't want her to get in trouble and "you're going to fix it, right?" She assured me they would and to come back the next day to have Rebecca look at it. I went back the next day and Rebecca agreed that I had a bright blond patch and my roots were all dark. We AGREED to leave it for a few weeks so my hair wouldn't get fried. Well, after 4 weeks I made the appointment to get it fixed. They refused! Rebecca said that there wasn't anything wrong with my hair, acted incredulous that all the foils could have slipped, and said the reason my roots were dark was because my hair had grown out. She wasn't going to fix something that happened a month ago , especially without charging me. I told them I wanted their manager's name and number, but they wouldn't give it to me and said to call the 800 number. I told them, in an angry, but normal tone of voice that I couldn't believe they wouldn't fix it and Heidi said I was yelling at her. Rebecca came over and said "You can't come in hear and start screaming" OMG. Luckily there was a Wal-Mart employee in the salon as a witness that I didn't raise my voice. I informed them that I would be calling the 800 number, leaving a scathing review online, and telling anyone who asked that they were a horrible salon. The employees at this Wal-Mart salon are unprofessional, lack integrity, and provide services lacking in quality.

My visit today was great as always. Stephanie the manager always does my hair. She takes the time to listen to what I want from colors to cut and always exceeds my expectation. She also makes me feel welcome by remembering personal aspects of my life. The prices are amazing also.
Go anywhere else!! Rude people, terrible service!
